BAPEP shall have the following organs:

1. Board of Regents (BOR)
2. National Advisory Council (NAC)
3. Board of Commissioners (BOC)

Board of Regents (BoR) shall be the highest organ which gives final approval. National Advisory Council (NAC) shall be responsible for policy formation. Board of Commissioners (BoC) shall see to the day-to-day running of the BAPEP and also will be responsible for the recommendation of potential candidates into the BAPEP Institute of Ministry and Leadership – Seminary arm of BAPEP Int’l Network.

All members shall go through prescribed examinations presided over by BOC as provided for in the Bye-laws and shall be recommended by the NAC with final approval from BOR.
